Position title: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Brief position description: A 2 years, full-time position is available for a post-doctoral researcher to conduct analytical research in cellular responses to brain cancer drugs. The ideal candidate will have working experience in biostatistics and programming to analyse cancer genomics data, especially single cell data. This position is well suited to a skilled bioinformatician with demonstrated experience with statistics, Python and R programming. An understanding of cancer biology is an advantage but is not critical. The position is funded by NHMRC and the postdoc will receive multidisciplinary training on both bioinformatics and brain cancer biology.
