Brief position description: We are seeking a Genomic Data Coordinator to contribute to the ingestion and management of large genomic data sets. The Genomic Data Coordinator will become an integral member of a highly collaborative team, of research staff, software engineers, and project managers focused on understanding the causes of rare genetic disorders. This individual will be directly responsible for coordinating and undertaking the ingestion of large genomic datasets into the CPG. The role requires a combination of both strong communication skills needed to engage with stakeholders and the technical competency required to handle large genomic data sets and initiate data analysis using established production pipelines.
