Position title: Computational Biologist (Genomic Medicine)

Brief position description: We are seeking a Computational Biologist to design and deploy scalable methods for the identification and analysis of somatic variation. These will be applied across large-scale clinical and genomic datasets, consisting of both short- and long-read whole genome sequence data, as well as single-cell RNA sequencing data. This will involve working closely with researchers and collaborators across the CPG, Garvan, and beyond, and play an important role in understanding the pathogenesis of both common and rare disease.
