Brief position description: We are seeking a Bioinformatics Officer with a graduate degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Computer Science or Statistics. The Bioinformatics officer will aid in the analysis of single-cell RNAseq, whole-genome sequencing and data from spatial technologies of prostate cancer samples. The overall goal of our team is to understand the heterogeneity of advanced prostate cancer to develop novel treatments and biomarkers. We collaborate widely with clinicians and our projects are strongly translational.
