BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated bioinformatician to join the Cancer Genetic Susceptibility Laboratory. This position is to work on the study of gynaecological cancer genetics, using functional genomic datasets.
We are seeking someone with strong statistical and computational skills who is interested in working with GWAS and large scale functional genomic datasets to perform integrative analyses and identify target genes. We are looking for someone with experience in analysis of functional genomics assays, such as CRISPR screens, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and global chromatin conformation capture data (e.g. HiChIP). The successful applicant would be provided opportunity for dissemination of research findings (e.g. meetings and conferences) and for publication of research articles.
