This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of a bioinformatics workflow for cancer genomic testing at NSW Health Pathology's State-Wide Genomics Service. You will work in a team of highly trained and experienced bioinformaticians, scientific staff, and DevOps engineers that offer innovative genomic testing solutions. This position is responsible for the the development, validation, and testing of an accredited bioinformatic pipeline for comprehensive genome profiling, as well as the integration of this pipeline into existing health systems at NSWHP.
