Brief position description:
We are seeking an experienced Research Officer/Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology to play a pivotal role in several exciting cancer systems biology and systems immunology projects. Prior experience in at least some of the following areas is essential: analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data; multi-omics data integration, network and pathway biology; cancer systems biology. The ability to manage multiple different projects simultaneously is essential.

The Lynn Systems Immunology Group is a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team that employs computational and multi-omic experimental approaches to investigate complex systems such as the immune system and different cancers. The group is headed by Prof. David Lynn, a Matthew Flinders Professor in Systems Immunology at Flinders University. Prof. Lynn’s team is based at SAHMRI where he heads the Computational and Systems Biology Program, one of 17 research programs at the institute.
