To update your registration to add dinner, workshop etc / change attendee name, you MUST email abacbs@absoluteevents.com.au. Changes cannot be made without been received in writing.
Please use the subject line: Attendee Change – [YOUR NAME] and provide details of the change. You will then receive a response from the Event Organisers.
REGISTRATION FEES
The organising committee has worked to keep the registration fee for the ABACBS conference as low as possible. We thank the many generous sponsors for helping to make this possible. The registration fee depends on (1) whether you are a student or not, (2) whether you are a current ABACBS member or not, and (3) whether you register by the early bird deadline or not. All fees are shown in Australian dollars. Registration includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea with an extra charge for the conference dinner.

Early Bird rates are available until Tuesday 8th October.
Workshops and BioCAsia
On Thursday and Friday, the registration cost for participation in workshops or BioCAsia will be $50 per day for ABACBS attendees. A additional fee of $60 will be charged for participants who did not attend events earlier in the week.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held on the 5th November. It will be held in at Thai Pathong in Newtown. It will be a three-course banquet. The cost will be $50 per person.
Online Streaming via Zoom Platform
The committee has decided that this year, we will be live-streaming the full conference for registered participants. We hope that this provides an additional option for any members of the ABACBS community that would otherwise be unable to participate in person. If you would like to take this option, you will still be required to register at the full conference rate. If for technical reasons, the streaming doesn’t go ahead during November 5-6, we will offer a full refund of the conference. However, we provide no guarantee regarding the quality of the streaming and we are unable to provide a refund if the quality didn’t meet your expectations. We strongly encourage participation at the conference in person where possible.
