Brief position description: An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Bioinformatics Research Officer to join the Centre for Computational & Systems Medicine (CCSM) at Murdoch University. This part of the Future Food System Cooperative Research Centre (FFS-CRC) project specifically aims to add value solutions to food industries in the State.

The position will drive new research activities that focuses on generating molecular phenotypes of premium food products unique to Western Australia. The overall aim is to connect nutritional quality and composition with health outcomes. The candidate will focus on the development and application of high-fidelity computational and statistical modelling pipelines for modelling metabolic phenotyping data generated from Western Australia premium food products.
